Place the soccer ball down.
Stand diagonally behind the ball to the left but closer to its side.
Open your legs slightly.
Bend your knees really low.
Bring the leg closest to the ball, your inside leg, around, in front of the ball to the other side about half a foot away from the ball.
Bring your other foot behind, around, in front and back to the side it started out at.
Start dribbling to the side where the defender is not!
